6 shredded chicken enchiladas wrapped in tortillas and topped with shredded cheese. PREPARATION INSTRUCTION: Preheat the oven to 375F. Remove plastic lid from the foil tray. Place directly on center of oven and cook the enchilada for 25 minutes. Serves 4.
