SHRIMP AND GREEN VEGETABLE BENTO BOX

Up the lunchbox wow factor with this upscale and colourful bento box. PC Black Label Habanero Aioli serves as the sauce for a variety of dippers, including shrimp, rice crisps and veggies.

    1 cup (250 mL) sugar snap peas
    1 cup (250 mL) broccoli florets
    1 cup (250 mL) PC Organics Baby Cut Carrots
    10 PC Cooked Peeled Black Tiger Shrimp- Jumbo 21-30 Count, thawed and rinsed
    16 PC Brown Rice Sea Salt Crisps
    6 tbsp (90 mL) PC BLACK LABEL HABANERO AIOLI WHIPPED DRESSING

Cooking Instructions

In saucepan of boiling water, blanch peas for 1 minute or until tender-crisp; using slotted spoon, transfer to ice bath. Repeat with broccoli. Drain vegetables.

Using lunchboxes with at least four compartments, arrange all ingredients in two boxes keeping shrimp, crisps and aioli in their own compartments; vegetables can all go into one compartment.
